# Our Vision

In the traditional financial sector, only large banking groups or investment banks have the capacity to issue structured products. However, even these financial powerhouses can't guarantee the payoff of these products during financial crises. Moreover, issuing or purchasing structured products involves significant research, creating legal agreements, and dedicating time and post-investment management. It also requires ongoing vigilance towards the counterparty risk of both trading parties.

We created the VETA platform to address these challenges. The core risk of structured products is counterparty risk, which is the risk of the counterparty failing to fulfill their financial obligations. Therefore, structured products are well-suited to benefit from blockchain technology and decentralized smart contracts, which can reduce or even eliminate counterparty risk. "The principle of "Code In Law" underpins the VETA Structured Product Margin Trading Platform. This approach ensures that investors can confidently purchase structured products without credit risk. At the same time, it allows institutional investors to quickly and securely finalize on-chain structured product agreements. Our commitment is to leverage innovative technology to provide investors with a safe, convenient, and transparent investment environment.
